Investor Option

Minimum Investment of 1 Cr @ 10000Rs per sqyard (1000 Sqyards)
1 Acre for Investors – will be registered for 4 Investors and Development Agreement taken Same Time.

You can choose to keep the Plot @15000Rs per Sqyard after HMDA Approval or get ROI of 35% in One Year – at which point the Registration will be done back in the name of CleanDeed. In case of retaining the plots, allotment will be done based on availability.

Booking Amount is 5 lakhs and rest within 30 days-  with 100% refund of Booking Fee within 30 days from date of Booking. Once full amount paid – lock-in for one year

Prelaunch Villa Option with Buy Back Guarantee

Prelaunch Price of 17000Rs per Sqyd with option to choose size of the plot.
Buy Back after one year @ 30% ROI or you can keep the Plot and plan the Villa. Villa construction cost will be around 2500 per sqft which is in additional to the land cost.

You will be allotted starting Plots in the Layout. Members who wish to go only for Plot will be allotted behind the Villa Plots.

Prelaunch Plot Option with Buy Back Guarantee

Above Pricing mentioned is inclusive of Approvals, Development and Registration/GST. Maintenance Amount will be decided post the Layout finalization.
Booking will start from 9th April 2021. At the time of booking, complete booklet of the Legal Opinion, Panchnama of the Land, Link Documents, Sale Agreement with CleanDeed will be shared. from that day, you can reconsider any day within 30 days from Booking date and 100% refund will be given.
