Proposed Project Layout
Out of 100 Acres – 35 Acres approx has been registered in the name of the Developer for the purpose of DPS and farming. Based on our request, the same is being extended into a Self Sufficient Integrated Community.
First Round of Investments – Target for CleanDeed is 10Cr – Post which Security registration will be 50% of Market Price Prevalent in June 2023.
Current Market Price in the area is around 1Cr – Highway facing around 2.5Cr plus and inside lesser. The price assumed is only average of the 6-7 checkpoints for pricing done by CleanDeed.
Minimum Investment of 25 lakhs – Half Acre Registration will be done and multiples thereof. MoU and Post dated cheques will be given for additional security. Return of Investment of 50% for one year and 100% for two years. You can also choose Hybrid ROI – Principal amount return and Villa Plot – terms of which will be discussed in the Zoom Meeting.
Purchase – you can choose to purchase the Villa Plots @ 20k per Sqyard (Min Size Villa Plot 500 Sqyards) on payment of 1Cr – 2 Acres Land will be registered and taken on development agreement to return back 500 Sqyards in the premium Villa Spaces – within the Project.
