Society Approach:

To ensure protection of your investment, we are proposing Society Approach.

  1. Intent filling by interested members post which we will initiate Society Formation. Payment of Rs.5000 per booking will be collected.
  2. Flat Choice, floor and placement will be confirmed from the Developer on MoU.
  3. Once Society is formed, Investments will be pooled in the Society Account and purchase of Land made from the Developer @ 28k per Sqyrd rate (Going rate in Kollur is easily around 45k per sqyard)
  4. After Land Registration (charges to be borne by the Society) is done in the name of the Society, Development Agreement will be sought by the developer with specific timelines and penalties thereof.
  5. After RERA is obtained, flat registrations will be done for the individuals and Society dissolved as per the terms set forth at the time of formation of Society.
  6. Our Target is Approx registration of One Acre in the name of the Society and the Rs.5000 per formation of Society will be takne only when we have minimum number of interested members.
  7. Members always have option to choose to invest directly with the Developer – on MoU

Society registration charges (100% refundable)

Society registration charges of Rs.5000 to be paid via UPI ID or via Net-Banking or in cash at CleanDeed office. In case we do not have minimum members needed to form the Society, 100% refund will be made – latest by 1st June 2022.
