Previous Proposal
With the current situation and possible outcomes in the future, we have a proposal for a Self Sustained Project in 100 Acres with only 200 Villas. Please find the details below and if it interests you, please fill the form below with your intent.
Project Features
Extent of 100 Acres of Land off which only 6 Acres will be used for Construction.
The 100 Acres will be acquired by the Society and every member will have equal share.
Solar Power Unit for every Villa (which can handle basic and common requirements of the residence) and Garden Space for Cultivation of your Choice.
Villa will be Closed Garage with Home Automation and Security.
Villa Plot Size will be 1000 Sq Yards.
50 Acres will be used for Cultivation, Solar Power Panels, Maintenance and Help Quarters, Club House and Community Hall. In future, Community can decide to make more residential units or share the Solar Power produced with other projects.
Centralized Administration, Power and Security Hub.
8 Feet Boundary Wall with Solar Fencing for entire Project and tight Security and and Intercom Facility.
Maintenance Staff and Help will be staying within the Project in the rent free Quarters alloted so that the Community is free from exposure outside – atleast to a major extent.
Approx Pricing
Approx Pricing per Acre of this project comes to 30 Lakhs (Inclusive of Approvals) and 10K will be paid to CleanDeed initially for Society Membership and Land Verification. Post that, your investment amount per member will be decided later by the Society Formed and paid to the Land Owner directly from the Society Account (approx 70 lakhs (1500 sqft construction, 1000 Sqyards, Solar Power Unit, Community facilities, etc). Maintenance Amount will be decided after actuals are worked work.
Minimum Members required to start this Project – 50 Members for 50 Acre Project and 100 Members for 100 Acre Project. Pricing for members joining in later will be higher to mitigate the costs and decided by the Society formed.

As this will be a Community Project, you would want to have your friends and Relatives to be part of it. Please refer the link to them and ask them to leave your name and number in the “Referred by”. Choice of Board Members for the Society who will be taking decisions will be based on the number of referrals you get which can be converted to members.
This approach will help us smooth functioning of the Society in the future to come as well.
