Please note this is first come – first serve and valid for limited units in the Project. Placement of the Villa Plot and floor plans of the Villa will be given by March end. Investment is safe guarded by the Security Registration as shown above. Member can cancel at any point of time by surrendering the land registered and get back investment with 2% interest per month. For Investor on ROI – lock in period is 12 months.
