Currently in Peri- Urban Zone, the conversion and approvals to happen in six months (buffer of 6 months more). As the Developer has plans to extend the layout further post conversion and approval, we have been allocated 3000 Sqyards so the Project can pickup the mileage required for expansion. Developer Details

Location Pictures and Videos:

1 km approach road from NH – 40 feet road which is already sanctioned (can be verified along with Link Documents at the time of booking) – through Krishnaja Farms. As per master plan – 150 feet road connecting to RRR is between our site and Krishnaja Farms.

Referral Bonus:

 Rs.500 per sqyard applicable to both Referee and Referrer. In case you are not buying plot and just referring your friend, you still get referral bonus through CleanDeed. 

Options available for the Booking

100% Payment for Booking – with Land Registration

Direct Booking with Developer – 100% payment. Double land registration – on 200 Sqyard purchase – 400 Sqyards will be registered and development agreement taken.

25% Payment for Booking and rest through Bank Loan

Direct Booking with Developer – 25% payment and the rest post approvals. MoU (with choice of Plot) will be provided by the Developer. CleanDeed will followup and share updates till delivery of the Layout.
