Kokapet – 2 Acre Apartment Project

Location: ISB Road – Exact Location will be shared after Agreement with Seller


We plan to have approx 300 Apartments of 2 BHK and 3 BHK in Kokapet Project – around 9 km from Gachibowli Flyover. We have a Builder assisting us in the Project and with his People Centric approach has gracefully agreed to our terms of the Project. HMDA/DTCP and RERA regulations will be followed.

We would love to hear your thoughts, ideas and specifications that you would want to be included in this project. Please use the comments below in this page so that we can answer the same and can act as guide for other members. Be it bathtub or having a Puja Room – we would want to hear it all.

Milestones: (Subject to change – information in Whatsapp group and via SMS)

  1. Builder and Land Seller Meet by 2nd June 2019
  2. Agreement of Sale and Start Bookings for Pre-launch from 9th June 2019
  3. Layout & Floor Plan finalization, Land Acquisition, Pre-Launch End Date by 31st July 2019.
  4. Registration for Pre-Launch Buyers by 10th August 2019.
  5. Layout & Floor Plan Approvals by 31st October 2019. As Building Permission already available, not expecting any delays.
  6. Construction & Post Approval Bookings Commence from 1st November 2019.
  7. 18 Months for Construction and RERA registration will be done for 2 years to account for Project Delays.
  8. Possession by November 2021

Referral Discount:

  1. Discount of 1% on Base price for Members who have booked Apartment in this project.
  2. The discount will be adjusted in the Final Payment.
  3. Member and Referred member should have filled the property Choice Form in this page and the Referred Member should have mentioned Referrer Name and Mobile Number for the Discount to be Valid.

Refund Policy:

  1. Members have option to cancel their booking and get refund for payments made (95% Refund – 5% retained for admin charges) till the commencement of Project, ie, 1st November 2019.
  2. The Refund payments will be cleared within 30 days from the date of request which has to be made in writing. Acknowledgement on Letter Head will be provided for the same.
  3. Post Commencement of the Project, cancellation can still be done, however the time frame for refund will be at the discretion of CleanDeed and the same will be mentioned in the acknowledgment letter.

    Please send us the undivided land share for 3bhk and 3 BHK.
    Please share the materials used for building

    • After agreement done between builder and land owner, complete details of location and builder will be shared. Post that, within a week, layout, floor plan, Specs will be shared.

  • what will be the project completion time
