Indrakaran – Investment on ROI

We bring to you an Investment Opportunity starting 12.1 lakhs at Indrakaran – in a Villa Development Project – for BDL and BHEL Employees. Please note, this investment option is valid for registration by Friday – 26th May 2023

Our usual Terms – 50% ROI in one year or 100% ROI in two years. 3 months grace period post which if the developer fails to honor the commitment, we can resell the land acquired by CleanDeed Members.

The land allocated for CleanDeed investors is on the Dabur Road – Indrakaran – Rudraram Road at almost 40% of Market Price – so that in case of default by Developer we can resell the land registered in your name to get back principal plus ROI. The current market price in that location is around 5-6 Cr and more if road facing. We have negotiated and convinced the developer for a rate of Rs.5k per sqyard (2 Guntas for 12.1 lakhs) so that our security registration is at a good price.

Initially we are going for One Acre registration which is road facing on First come – First Serve. Post that we will allocate another 3 acres for investments behind this one year so all investor’s investments are safe guarded with road access- in case of worst case scenario.;

10% payment to CleanDeed now and rest 90% at the time of registration – latest by 26th May 2023.
