It’s very competitive price of Approximately Rs 2999 per sft under pre-launch where as the current market is running at 3200-3700 in similar location for pre-launches and Rs 5300 per sft in regular mode.

Minutes of Meeting on Zoom on 29th March 2020 – 4PM:

It was more informative and interactive meeting.
Legal team, Architects , Builder were available in the meeting. Explained the project in detail in all aspects and addressed all our questions.

Below are the additional points apart form the points discussed earlier:

1) Total 3 Kind of Jogging track’s ( One Around podium, One In the woods and other one yet to finalize on Terrace)
2) Stlit floor will be 15 feet height with grant entrance lobby.
3) Used Water will be treated with Bio Purifier and used for garden.
4) Rain water from terrace also channeled for food garden and miyawaki forest.
5) Timelines for the project is 3.5 years from the land registration.
6) Lock-In Period is 1.5 years from the date of land registration.
7) Due to lock-down, builder is flexible in payment timelines during lock-down period.
8) Rs 8 per sft per month compensation if project delays.
9) The project Is on 100 feet HMDA Master plan Road and having access from the back side 3 roads as well.
10) Bali style Infinity pool.
11) Approximately 29k sft Bali style Clubhouse.
12) Tower -1 (Front tower) is going to be 19 floors with more floor height.
13) Tower -1 (Front Tower with 2700 and 3500 sft) Flat #1 will be Rs 300 per sft extra and Flat # 5 will be Rs 100 per sft extra.
