Pricing and Options:

Project will be executed by CleanDeed through the Society Model. In case we do not have enough members to carry out the Project without delays, we have a Builder wishing to takeover the Project, however Project Specifications, features and pricing would be different.

To ensure success of the project, we have roped in a Reputed Builder. Investor Options will be direct purchase with Registration of land and MOU with Project Owner with PDCs. CleanDeed will form Association with the Buyers and the Investments will be pooled in Association / Society Account which will be paid to the Project Owner and 2X land registered for security. Project Owner will collect Development Option same time.

For all the below options, PLC (Placement and Facing Charges) and Maintenance Charges will be informed post Layout being ready. Participating Members will have 30 days to withdraw and get 100% refund of amount paid in case they do not get PLC of their choice.

Choice of 150 Sqyards (2000 Sqfeet) or 200 Sqyards (2500 Sqfeet)

Investor (PreAgreement)

Minimum Investment is 1Cr (Can be pool among group of friends / relatives, however One person to represent for Land Registration) and is only ROI of 50% in one Year (From the date of Investment). The Land cannot be retained.
Booking Amount 2 Lakhs. Last Date for Booking is 30th June 2021 and 100% Payment by 15th July 2021.
MOU(Loan Agreement) from Project Owner at the time of Investment along with PDCs (in names as required)
Registration of Half Acre to 3 Investors for Security till they receive ROI. Registration Cost to be borne by Project Owner

Prelaunch (Before Approvals)

 Price of Rs.3600 per SqFeet – Inclusive of Amenities. 

Booking Amount 2 Lakhs. Last Date for Booking is 30 June 2021 and 100% Payment by 15th July 2021.
MOU at the same of 100% Payment time with PDCs
Registration of double plot size for Security -300 Sqyards for 150 Sqyards Villa,  400 Sqyards for 200 Sqyards Villa and so on in the name of society formed of the buying members.
Same time Development Agreement will be registered. Registration Cost to be borne by Project Owner.

Postlaunch 50% (After Approvals)

 Price of Rs.3900 per SqFeet – Inclusive of Amenities. 

Booking Amount 2 Lakhs. Last Date for Booking is 30th June 2021 and 50% Payment by 15th July 2021 and rest based on stages of Construction or Bank Loan. Registration, etc to be borne by Buyer.
MOU at the same of 50% Payment time

Postlaunch 25% (After Approvals)

 Price of Rs.4500 per SqFeet – Inclusive of Amenities. 

Booking Amount 2 Lakhs. Last Date for Booking is 30th June 2021 and 25% Payment by 15th July 2021 and rest based on stages of Construction or Bank Loan. Registration, etc to be borne by Buyer.

Postlaunch 10% (After Approvals)

Please fill in your intent so that we can send you invite for the Zoom Meeting where we will discuss the Project and the intents received on 12th June 2021 19th June (Postponing the Zoom Meeting to be able to share layout and floor plans as well) – 6PM IST. After confirmation that we have enough intents, we will start the process for bookings and Investments from 14th June 2021.
