We bring to you Investment Options on ROI – 50% for one year and 100% for two years. Security registration of land will be done at Chevella – @70 lakhs per acre. Minimum Investment is 17.5 lakhs for quarter acre.
It is in Peri Urban Zone and in midst of many plotting and Villa Projects around.
Total Extent is 28 Acres out of which 10 acres is being developed for Farm Plots and rest 18 Acres for HMDA as it is in HMDA Limits.
Land Documents, MoU format and Video
We will ensure all members are registered together in one lot and with road access – starting with Survey Number 154 on BT Road. 10% booking amount to CleanDeed so that we can finalise the land to be registered to us and get legal option and survey done. Post sharing that information to members and getting confirmation- rest 90% at the time of registration to Developer.
Members can withdraw anytime before registration and if any issue in Survey or Legal Check, CleanDeed will cancel the Investments and give 100% refund of the booking amount same day.
